Malcolm Farrell | U.S. Air Force: What Now To 59
Malcolm Farrell had the pleasure to be apart of the U.S. Air Force situation project called “What Now To 59”. This project was shot right outside of San Antonio at the Randolph Air Force Base. This audition actually didn’t as well as Farrell thought it would, he said “This audition was terrible for me, I was messing up on my lines and was very choppy.” The one thing he did take away from it though was that he was very natural. Even though he was messing up, the performance was very realistic.
In this situation, Farrell’s character is an army base gate guard. He encounters a soldier of higher ranking than him driving up to the gate and he can tell that he has been drinking. He now has to make a decision, let the soldier go or tell the higher ups about the situation at hand. Not only was this a great character for Farrell to embody but this actually gets shown in the U.S. Air Force training across America.
